We use your information solely to respond to your service request: to contact you about your request, dispatch service personnel, send you service confirmations and updates by text message or phone, and maintain records of service requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties for any purpose.
Text messaging opt-in consent is collected only when you submit a service request form on this website and provide your mobile number. Message frequency varies based on your service request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.
We share your service request details only with the restoration service provider dispatched to fulfill your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Service request records are retained as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, and are protected using industry-standard safeguards.
